Embed a benchmark on your website
The widget shows the ranking of a public benchmark right inside your pages: ranks, scores and a link to the full comparison. It updates on its own when the benchmark changes.
What the widget looks like
Sample ranking
8 products · 6 criteria
- Product 192/100

- Product 281/100

- Product 374/100

Example with sample data. On your site, the widget shows the benchmark's real ranking.
Embed the widget in 3 steps
- Open a public benchmark and click Share.
- In the "Embed on a website" section, copy the code with the copy button.
- Paste the code in your page where the ranking should appear, then publish.
Where to paste the code
- WordPress: add a "Custom HTML" block and paste the code into it.
- Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Ghost: use the editor's "Embed" or "HTML code" element.
- Plain HTML site: paste the code as is in the page body.
Customize the widget with Premium
The widget is free for everyone. With a Premium account, you set its look in the share dialog before copying the code:
- the number of products shown, from 3 to 20;
- up to 3 criteria shown under each product (price, battery life, etc.);
- a dark theme and an accent color that matches your site;
- hiding the Benchmark Maker mention inside the widget.
Good to know
- Only public benchmarks can be embedded. A benchmark made private again no longer shows in the widget.
- No need to copy the code again when the benchmark changes: the widget always shows the latest version.
- Keep the text link under the widget: it credits the source and sends your readers to the full comparison.
- To change the options, set them again in the share dialog and replace the old code with the new one.
- The code includes a small script that fits the widget's height to its content. If your site strips scripts, the widget keeps a fixed height suited to the number of products.
